Malenito Karuna - Explorer Bear to the World Scout Jamboree
Malenito Karuna - Explorer Bear
Malenito Karuna is a Teddy Bear who is looking to raise funds for the World Scout Foundation while attempting to drive from Bangkok, Thailand to Yamaguchi, Japan on a Vespa 150. He will be the sidecar passenger because he can't reach the handle bars. Despite that he will try to bring joy and support to the expedition and anyone he encounters in the trip.
In his spare time he spends his time thinking of ways to leave this world a little better than he found it.

Adrian Sawyer- Expedition Medic
We're in safe hands in the support vehicle- Adrian from the UK will be there to patch up any bumps and scrapes! By day, he drives an ambulance in the South West of England, while by night he's the Medical Lead for a Search & Rescue team. Having just finished a degree in Rescue & Emergency Management, Adrian is looking forward to putting his skills to good use... but hopefully not too often! This will be his second World Scout Jamboree as Planning Team- In 2011 he was a Sub Camp Leader in Sweden

Hannah "Ted" Gilbert - PA and Publicity Lead
Whilst we're on the go (& for the preceding build up), Ted will be keeping everyone updated, through our Facebook, Twitter & Instagram pages.
Ted loves tea and the PA side of the role simply consists of making/buying the tea (& coffee for the non-Brits) to keep the team going. A Londoner born & bred, she was born into a scouting family, spending her summers on camps causing havoc & offically became a scout six years ago. Studying English & Film at university, she does her best to stay involved with scouting. This will be her 2nd WSJ after being a participant in Sweden 2011 & her 5th International Jamboree as staff since then.
